Banking and FinTech specialist Ahmed Thabet joins The Bench

Thabet joins The Bench from Emirates NBD P.J.S.C., where he was vice president – group head of advisory. Prior to that, he has held senior positions at First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC and Barclays.

The Bench FZE has announced that Ahmed Thabet has joined its team of legal consultants.

Thabet joins The Bench from Emirates NBD P.J.S.C., where he was vice president – group head of advisory. Prior to that he held senior positions at First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC and Barclays in Dubai, Hong Kong and Egypt. Thabet’s experience spans corporate/commercial, personal and corporate banking, syndicated financing, project finance, trade and receivables finance, structured commodities finance, payments and cash management, competition, IT, outsourcing, digital banking and fintech.
