BSA strengthens banking and finance team

MAYMOONA TALIB joined the Dubai office of Bin Shabib & Associates (BSA) LLP as an associate in banking and finance practice of the firm. Prior to this, Talib was a senior associate in the banking and finance team at Juris Corp in Mumbai, India where she co-head the securitisation, factoring, restructuring and distressed debt practice of the firm. She also ran end to end structured finance and lending facility transactions and has worked on matters pertaining to Islamic Finance. Talib holds a LL.B and Bachelors in Commerce and Economics Degree from the University of Mumbai, India and has been admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in India.
