Wakefield joins Galadari

Galadari Advocates and Legal Consultants has appointed MIKE WAKEFIELD as senior associate to its Corporate and Commercial Practice. An Arabist with over 20 years commercial and legal experience in the Middle East and Eastern Hemisphere including work in private practice and as in-house with a number of companies, Wakefield brings focused industry specific expertise to Galadari’s growing oil and gas exploration, production, transportation, refining, and marketing, oilfield services and hotels and leisure practices. His particular areas of interest include the support, restructuring and takeover of companies operating in the oil and gas and leisure industries; their rescue and practical regulation.
