Clyde & Co strengthens MENA corporate team

Clyde & Co announced the appointment of IMRAN SAMI as a corporate partner in its MENA corporate group, bringing regional corporate partner numbers to 14 and total regional partner numbers to 36. Sami will be based in Clyde & Co’s Dubai office. 

Sami brings 18 years’ experiencein all aspects of corporate finance, including multi-jurisdictional publicand private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and equity capital markets transactions as well as in providing general corporate and corporate governance advice. Sami has significant experience advising investors, management teams and companies in private equity and venture capital transactions. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Sami was a corporate partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Starr & Partners LLP.
