Norton Rose Fulbright’s new regional head

Norton Rose Fulbright’s senior corporate partner DAVID BAYLIS has relocated from London to become regional Head of Corporate, M&A and securities in the Middle East. This follows on from Baylis’ appointment to Head of the Abu Dhabi office in June 2013. 

Baylis has previously worked in the Middle East and was involved in establishing Emirates Airlines and Dubai Duty Free. With a specialist focus on private equity (fund structures and MBOs/MBIs), David advises both institutions and management. 

David Baylis
