Abdulla Al Awadi Advocates & Legal Consultants has enhanced its Dubai office with the hire of Alice Gambato. She brings a wealth of experience in UAE Real Estate, licensing and hospitality sector as well as in financial markets including London, Zurich and Milan, where she worked both as private practitioner and general counsel for international banks such as BCL and Arner Bank. Gambato developed a significant experience in transfer of receivables and securitisation transactions and assisting arrangers, monoline insurers, swap counterparties, representatives of the note-holders and rating agencies in relation to the structuring, restructuring and unwinding of transactions of different type: RMBS, CMBS, non-performing loans, healthcare receivables, lease receivables and semi-public real estate.
