Clyde & Co’s new partners

Clyde & Co announced the promotion of nine lawyers to the partnership and twelve equity partners to senior equity partner across its international network. Promotions were effective from May 1, 2014.

In the Middle East region, corporate lawyer, Prarthna Chaddha and dispute resolution specialist, Keith Hutchison were promoted to the partnership and real estate equity partner, Alexis Waller was promoted to senior equity partner.

Chaddha began her legal career with Clyde & Co Dubai in 2004 and specialises in cross border and local transactions, including M&A and joint ventures, corporate advisory and regulatory matters and structuring and succession planning matters for high net worth individuals and family businesses in the Middle East.

Hutchison is a commercial litigator and an active member of the dispute resolution group handling a wide range of commercial dispute resolution work across numerous industry sectors. He manages the Middle East debt recovery team and acts for a wide range of commercial clients across the region, including some of the world’s largest trade credit insurers.

Based in the Dubai office since 2005, Waller handles a wide range of commercial property work including acquisition, management and funding of development sites, investment acquisitions and disposals, retail and industrial lettings and disposals and hospitality and leisure work.
