Hadef & Partners announces five Partner promotions for 2021

Hadef & Partners announced five new Partner appointments across the Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices. The following lawyers have been promoted which was effective January 1, 2021.

Rachel Hill, partner and head of employment has over 16 years’ experience in both litigation and employment and has spent the last 10 years in the Middle East providing strategic advice to employers on all aspects of employment law.

Taher Ibrahim Abdeen, partner – dispute resolution, has a wealth of experience in handling commercial and civil dispute procedures at all levels of UAE courts, with a particular focus on white collar crime and shareholder disputes.

Karim Mahmoud, partner – dispute resolution, advises and acts across multiple sectors on a broad range of commercial disputes in the Middle East involving multijurisdictional disputes and both local and international arbitration hearings.

Ziad Al-Momani, partner – dispute Resolution, specialises in corporate and commercial disputes and through his considerable legal experience, knowledge and cultural familiarity, represents a broad spectrum of clients from various regions and industries. He engages in a range of commercial disputes, including insurance, banking & finance disputes, real estate and construction.

Paul Wynne, partner – corporate specialises in corporate transactions, including private acquistions and disposals, joint ventures, strategic investments and venture capital investments. He advises a wide variety of domestic and international clients on such matters.
