Philip Rogers joins Brown Rudnick
Brown Rudnick has boosted its International Corporate Practice with the appointment of Philip Rogers as partner and head of emerging markets – corporate. From Brown Rudnick’s London office, he will further enhance the Firm's ability to handle cross-border business transactions.
Rogers focuses on complex cross-border M&A, IPOs and joint ventures, and has represented a wide range of clients from large multi-nationals and governments in the natural resources, commodities and transportation sectors to high-growth technology and life sciences businesses.
He has heavyweight experience on a number of high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions in emerging markets, including French-speaking Africa, Russia and Mongolia, which complements Brown Rudnick’s strong track record in these areas. Philip was previously head of corporate at Clyde & Co.
