NMC Health advised by Clyde & Co

Clyde & Co has advised NMC Health, the UAE's largest healthcare provider, on a USD189 million acquisition of a 51 per cent shareholding in Fakih IVF Group. Fakih IVF is the Middle East's market leader for IVF services and currently operates centres in Abu Dhabi and Dubai with plans to expand within the UAE and the GCC region.

This is the second major acquisition in the health care sector this year that Clyde & Co has advised NMC Health on, following the USD160.6 million acquisition of ProVita announced in June this year.
