Baker McKenzie acts for a Malaysian Bank on a Murabaha financing to an institutional investor

Baker McKenzie has acted as legal counsel for one of the largest banks in Malaysia in connection with a multi-million EUR Murabaha financing to an institutional investor. The transaction involved the refinancing of a real estate asset in the Netherlands with cross-border security being provided. The Baker McKenzie team comprised of lawyers based in Dubai, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.
