Hadef & Partners expands engineering & construction team in Dubai

Hadef & Partners has announced the significant strengthening of its engineering & construction practice with the appointment of Scott Hutton as partner and head of engineering & construction, and Karim Haidar as an associate in the team.

These strategic hires follow the recent addition of Humayun Ahmad as a partner, further solidifying Hadef & Partners’ position as a leader in the Engineering & Construction legal sector.

Hutton has a wide ranging practice with a broad mix of clients both locally and internationally. He has considerable experience in acting for employers, contractors, consultants and funders. He acts for local developers and landlords as well as international investors and contractors. Scott is recognised as a seasoned disputes practitioner and has considerable experience with all means of Dispute Resolution in the UAE.
