Charles Russell Speechlys bolsters Dubai litigation team

Charles Russell Speechlys announced the appointment of partner, Maher Al Nashar, who joins the firm’s Litigation team in Dubai. Al Nashar joins Charles Russell Speechlys from Clyde & Co and is the third international partner to join the firm this year.

Al Nashar has three decades of experience advising clients seeking local law advice and litigation strategy across the Middle East. Much of his work relates to the application of local law within the context of onshore commercial disputes and his practice encompasses both contentious and non-contentious matters. His expertise includes drafting complex legal documents which span various industries such as real estate, commercial, arbitration and insurance.

Al Nashar has contributed to pleadings before different courts and jurisdictions across the Middle East region, including Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain, and is involved in all stages of court proceedings.
