Dentons advises Alpha Capital Founders on strategic minority stake sale to Al Othaim Group

Dentons ihas announced its role as legal adviser to the founders of Alpha Capital, a prominent asset management and private equity firm based in Saudi Arabia, in the successful sale of a minority stake to Al Othaim Group, one of the country’s leading retail giants.

The transaction marks a significant strategic partnership, enhancing Alpha Capital’s growth potential and expanding its market reach within the Kingdom.
