BonelliErede advises Prada on Versace acquisition

BonelliErede advised Prada in relation to the Italian law aspects and in the financing of the transaction with a large multidisciplinary team comprising, for the M&A profiles, Eliana Catalano (managing partner), Francesca Ricceri (senior associate), Alberto Corsello and Simona Rita Monteleone (associates), with the support of beLab’s Transaction Services team (Michel Miccoli, managing director, Andrea Terrieri, and Giulia Impiombato, legal advisors).

For the financing of the transaction, Prada was advised by a team led by Emanuela Da Rin, partner, including Federico Cocito, managing associate, and Alessandro Buiani, senior associate. Giovanni Guglielmetti (partner), Filippo Russo (managing associate), and Carmine Di Benedetto (senior associate) were also involved for certain IP aspects, and partner Vittorio Pomarici, with senior associate Alessia Varesi, for Italian labor law profiles, as well as Marco De Leo and Marzia Spadea, respectively managing partner and senior associate of the Dubai office, for certain aspects of the operation concerning the activities of the Versace group in the Middle East.
