WFW promotes Charlotte Knight to partner

Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has promoted five lawyers to the firm’s partnership for 2025, including Charlotte Knight in Assets & Structured Finance, who is based in Dubai.
Maritime specialist Knight has represented lenders, lessors, lessees and owners on a wide range of transactions including secured loans, sale and leaseback structures, debt restructurings, loan porfolios and fleet sales. She also regularly advises on sale and purchase transactions, chartering arrangements and newbuilding contracts. She embarked on her legal journey at WFW as a trainee, making her promotion an inspiring testament to her dedication and growth.
