Mohamed has more than 15 years of extensive legal experience within the areas of conventional and Islamic finance, taxation, capital markets, agency, distribution and franchise, corporate & business matters, M&A, real estate, litigation and arbitration. He was admitted to the Bar Association (Egypt) in 2005.
