Commenting on the appointment, Ahmed Galadari, managing partner, said, “Luke’s arrival is a significant strengthening of our corporate and finance practice. His extensive experience across capital markets, structured finance and securitisation, combined with an international perspective and a strong track record advising major financial institutions and investment firms, will substantially enhance our ability to support clients on complex, cross-border transactions.”

Luke Stowe, partner – Capital Markets, Structured Finance and Funds added, “I am extremely pleased to join Galadari at a particularly active moment for both capital markets and asset backed financing and private credit in the UAE and the wider region. With debt capital markets issuance at record levels, an increasing appetite for private credit lenders to provide alternative capital solutions to corporates in the region, and a continued commitment from international fund managers to raise capital in the region, the demand for sophisticated, commercially grounded legal advice has never been greater. The continued upward trajectory of the UAE’s rapidly evolving financial market is clear to see, and I look forward to working alongside my colleagues to help clients navigate and contribute towards this evolving and exciting landscape.”
