Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants appoints Ibtisam Al Raisi as senior advocate
Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants has announced the promotion of Ibtisam Jaafar Al Raisi to senior advocate, reflecting the continued trajectory of her career and her exceptional contributions to the firm’s litigation practice.
With rights of audience before all three levels of the UAE Courts, including the Federal Supreme Court, Ibtisam brings extensive advocacy experience across criminal, commercial, civil, employment, lease and personal status matters. Her practice focuses on courtroom advocacy and dispute resolution. She advises individuals, business owners, corporate clients, landlords, tenants and employers from the early stages of a dispute through to resolution.
Demonstrating her courtroom calibre, Ibtisam handles significant and complex matters including commercial and contractual disputes, debt recovery and financial claims, fraud, money laundering and international insurance disputes. Most recently, she represented a client in a criminal matter arising from an investment fraud and took it through to settlement, securing full recovery of the amount invested together with substantial compensation. Beyond her casework, she continues to develop her expertise through further training in advocacy, criminal litigation and recent legislative developments. Her training includes “Advocacy Between Body Language and Emotion” (Advocates Law Training Academy), accredited courses in criminal advocacy, “Spotlights on the New Anti-Money Laundering Law” (Ministry of Justice Judicial Institute) and a discussion panel on the “UAE Civil Personal Status Law” (Dubai Judicial Institute).
