Krämer legal counsel for Emirates Solar Industry Association

DR. Michael Krämer, Senior Associate and Energy Specialist at Taylor Wessing (Middle East), has been appointed legal counsel to Emirates Solar Industry Association’s (ESIA) first board. 

 

The legal counsel’s primary aim will be to develop legal framework scenarios, together with other members of ESIA’s legal committee. These initiatives will then be presented to UAE policy makers in a bid to strengthen the solar energy market in the country. 

 

Dr. Krämer said: “ The creation of the board will provide real impetus to promoting solar energy in the UAE and Middle East. As Legal Counsel I look forward to drawing upon Taylor Wessing’s depth of international practice in the clean energy sector for the benefit of ESIA.” 

 

This appointment strengthens TW’s position as a legal advisor to companies in the sustainability sector, whose clients are often leaders of their respective industries.
