Audi joins Fichte

FICHTE & Co has taken on Ghada Qaisi Audi as head of dispute resolution. She was acting deputy registrar of the DIFC Courts and The Special Tribunal Related to Dubai World. Ghada has a wealth of experience on three continents having practiced law in the USA, Germany and UAE, enabling her to bridge business cultures and tailor legal solutions and strategies to multi-jurisdictional clients’ needs. 

 

She is a registered practitioner with the DIFC Courts in Dubai, and is a member of the USA Bar in New York and Virginia. She was also admitted to the German Bar (Cologne) as a foreign attorney. 

 

Audi is a well-known legal commentator, having presented at a number of conferences and seminars and having been published in a number of legal journals.  

 

A native speaker of English and Arabic, she is also fluent in German and Spanish.
