Wright Jr joins SNR Denton in New York

SNR Denton has recently announced that Kenneth A. Wright Jr. has joined the firm as a partner in its capital markets practice in New York. He represents issuers, underwriters, placement agents, dealers, private investors and other market participants in a variety of financial transactions. Prior to his appointment, he acted as counsel in public and private financings involving traditional asset classes and structures.
