K&L Gates adds Dubai finance partner

THE Dubai office of K&L Gates has recently welcomed Natalie Boyd as a partner in its finance practice. She joined the firm from Simmons & Simmons LLP.

 

Boyd advises on a variety of structured credit and debt capital markets products, as well as bank lending, regulatory, derivatives and Islamic finance matters. Her clients include major US and international banks and investments funds, fund managers and trustees, manufacturers and stock exchanges.
