Bracewell expands power and Infrastructure practice

Adrian Creed has joined the Bracwell LLP as a partner in its Dubai office. Creed has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), most recently as a partner with Clyde & Co. Creed’s addition is part of the firm’s global initiative to expand its international energy and infrastructure practice. In May, the Dubai office was named by The Middle East Legal Awards 2017 as the Infrastructure and Energy Projects Team of Year for its work on precedent-setting projects throughout the region.

Creed’s practice focuses on MENA energy, utilities and infrastructure projects and project financings. His clients include a mixture of developers and host governments and are located throughout the region, including the UAE, Oman and Libya. He has extensive experience working on MENA Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transactions, including advising on large scale project financings in the power, water and district cooling sectors.
