Munir Suboh joins BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates

BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP has further enhanced its client service offering with the appointment of Munir Suboh, who will lead the firm’s Intellectual Property Department.

Suboh, who joins BSA as a partner, began his practice in the Middle East in 2006 and has since worked on numerous high-profile contentious and non-contentious IP matters. Munir will provide both new and existing clients with expertise in all IP related services, including trademarks, tradenames, copyrights, patents, trade secrets and domain names. He is also highly skilled in the areas of commercialisation and complex disputes on IP rights.

For many years, Suboh has been advising high net worth clients in setting up regional strategies for protection of IP rights on prosecution, protection, transactional and enforcement. He also represents a range of clients from various industry sectors, including Media, FMCG, Tobacco, industrial, pharmaceuticals and many more. His principal set of expertise encompasses negotiations, settlement mandates and litigation.
