Al Tamimi & Company welcomes new head of construction

WITH a growing appetite for new infrastructure and construction across the Middle East and a legacy of construction disputes, Al Tamimi and Company has appointed Adam Balchin to lead its construction practice into the next phase of growth.

 

Adam has wide experience advising on project structures, documenting and negotiating complex projects across industry sectors and assisting clients with disputes, including large construction arbitrations.

 

Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Adam worked in the construction and disputes group for several years at a leading international firm.

 

Husam Hourani, managing partner at Al Tamimi, described this appointment as an enormous step forward as it ensures the growth and development of the construction practice across the region. 

 

Joining Adam in the team is Justin Ede, who brings legal expertise in construction contracts and disputes. With over 25 years of experience advising on construction issues, Justin’s appointment also reinforces Al Tamimi’s commitment to providing service to entities parti-cipating in this sector throughout the Middle East.
