Ashurst advises OMV Exploration & Production GmbH

Ashurst advised the OMV Exploration & Production GmbH on increasing OMV’s participating interests in four exploration and production sharing agreements in the Sirte Basin, Libya.  OMV’s wholly owned subsidiary, OMV of Libya Limited, is now the sole shareholder in blocks C103, NC29/74, C102 an Nagoora Augila.
