Ashurst expands corporate offering with new partner hire in Dubai
Ashurst announces the appointment of Maha Osman as partner in the Corporate practice, based in Dubai, as the firm continues to invest in and further expand its private capital practice in the Middle East and international markets. She joins from Freshfields. Osman has a wealth of experience in private capital investments, particularly in the Middle East and Africa. She works extensively with financial sponsors, including private equity investors and sovereign wealth funds, on a broad range of transactions.
