Baker McKenzie Habib Al Mulla appoints Matthew Shanahan
Habib Al Mulla has announced the addition of partner Matthew Shanahan in the Banking & Finance team. Matthew Shanahan joins from Clifford Chance, where he headed up their Middle East Financial Services and Regulatory practice. With over 13 years of direct experience in private practice and at regulators, including seven years at the Dubai Financial Services Authority, Matthew specialises in advisory and contentious financial services regulatory matters. He advises banks, securities firms, other financial institutions and public sector bodies on all aspects of financial services regulation, as well as compliance and investigations matters.
