Bird & Bird hires former Air Arabia GC

ANNA ANATOLITOU joined Bird & Bird as partner at the end of December 2013 to spearhead the growth of Bird & Bird’s Middle East aviation and dispute resolution practices. Anatolitou was general counsel of the Air Arabia Group and prior to that with Norton Rose Fulbright. She has over 13 years of experience as an aviation and dispute resolution lawyer both in private practice and within the industry. She also has an in-depth understanding of a broad range of UAE laws, having spent six years in the UAE. In aviation, Anna has experience in a broad range of legal issues faced by aviation entities, having acted for a range of clients. In dispute resolution, Anatolitou’s experience covers a broad range of general commercial dispute resolution. She has experience in numerous jurisdictions and has advised clients in local and international litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. Anatolitou has also acted on high profile cross border, multi party/class actions, including Supreme Court cases.
