Bird & Bird merges with Australian firm

Bird & Bird merges with Australian TMT firm, Truman Hoyle after a year and a half of jointly providing client services. The firm has also signed non-exclusive alliances with South Korean firm Hwang Mok , Jakarta-based IP boutique K&K Advocates and Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners. The alliances sheds light on Bird & Bird’s focus to strengthen their growth in Asia.

Bird & Bird CEO David Kerr said, “Acting as one firm will enable us to further grow our operations in the region and offer our clients the same type and quality of legal services as in our other offices across Asia Pacific and globally,” he added.
