BonelliErede represented the shareholders of Medica Group Holding Inc. in the sale of 70 per cent stake to Gulf Capital
BonelliErede announced that it has represented the shareholders of Medica Group Holding Inc. (“Medica”) in the sale of 70 per cent stake to Gulf Capital, an investment company located in the United Arab Emirates.
BonelliErede and Emirates Investment Bank PJSC acted as Medica’s legal and financial advisors respectively, while Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and PWC acted as Gulf Capital’s legal and financial advisors respectively.
