Chadbourne expands corporate team in Dubai

Chadbourne & Parke announced that senior corporate lawyer Haykel Hajjaji has joined the firm’s Dubai office. Hajjaji joins the firm from private equity firm Global Emerging Markets Group, where he acted as managing director and focused on private equity transactions.

Hajjaji's practice spans over 10 years and focused on mergers and acquisitions with a blend of corporate and private equity work as well. Throughout his career, he has advised financial institutions, private equity firms and multinationals on numerous cross-border transactions.

Hajjaji received his undergraduate degree from La Sorbonne University and his LLM from New York University Law School, and is fluent in English and French. Prior to joining the Global Emerging Markets Group, Mr. Hajjaji worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP for 8 years.
