Charbel Fadel appointed as head of corporate & commercial practice at Galadari Advocates

Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants announced the appointment of Charbel Fadel as the new head of corporate and commercial practice, further reinforcing the firm’s commitment to excellence in this core area.

Fadel is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department with over 20 years of experience across the UAE, Kuwait, and Lebanon. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financial transactions, restructurings, insolvency, liquidation, and security and facility agreements. Fadel has extensive expertise in matters governed by UAE law and the wider MENA region and represents a diverse range of clients, including banks, funds, international and domestic companies, and family businesses.

He regularly advises clients on the establishment of new ventures across mainland UAE and various free zones, bringing a holistic approach to regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining Galadari, Fadel worked with leading national and international law firms in the region.
