Chief Justice compiles his thoughts

DIFC Courts’ Chief Justice Michael Hwang launched his new book titled ‘Selected Essays on International Arbitration’. It is a compilation of his writings and speeches on international arbitration made reader-friendly by each essay having a list of contents together with a short introduction to its origins. The Hon. Judge shared, “This is not a text book nor was it written for profits. It is based on themes and topics that I have written or spoken about over a period of ten years. I thought it’d be good for me to gather them all together in one place and keep a permanent record and share it with the legal community here as well.” The Judge has illustrated his essays using case studies and global surveys. The book is available in an electronic version as well.
