Clifford Chance advises Sela on innovative boxing promotion platform with TKO Group Holdings

Clifford Chance has advised global operator of sports, entertainment and live experiences Sela on its multi-year partnership with TKO Group Holdings (TKO) to establish an innovative boxing promotion platform for leading boxers and prospects in the sport.

Clifford Chance acted as legal advisor to Sela on the transaction, with Private Equity M&A partner Neil Barlow leading the Clifford Chance team, supported by associate Eric Schaffer, with partner Brian Concklin and counsel Ulrich Pfeffer and Santiago Roca Arribas providing antitrust advice. The team drew on support of our Riyadh-based AS&H Clifford Chance team led by partner and Corporate Head Majid Al-Sheikh, partner Daniel Royle and associate Omar Alharbi. The Clifford Chance and AS&H Clifford Chance teams acted in collaboration with Sela’s General Counsel Majed Alqahtani and Head of Investment & Litigation Legal Affairs Mohammed Khattab.
