CMS advises Aldar Properties on its acquisition of Kent College Dubai
CMS has advised Aldar Properties PJSC (Aldar) on its acquisition of Kent College Dubai, with the transaction completed through the company’s education business, Aldar Education. This latest acquisition marks Aldar’s first entry into the Dubai education market, and forms part of a wider strategy to expand its education portfolio in the region through a AED350 million investment that also includes entry to Bahrain and expansion in Abu Dhabi.
Kent College Dubai is a prestigious school established in 2016, which offers a comprehensive range of educational curricula, including the British curriculum, International Baccalaureate Diploma, and BTEC programs in Performing Arts, Sports, and Business for students from pre-prep to sixth form.
