CMS strengthens ME construction and engineering offering

JEREMIE WITT has joined CMS in Dubai as legal director, and NATALIE HALL as a lawyer. Keeping up with the growing demand for its services in the construction and engineering sectors, especially in developing markets like Iraq, these new employments have added to CMS’ growing resources in the Dubai office.

Witt was previously working with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Dubai and is dual-qualified from Australia and England. With many years of expertise on non-contentious and contentious construction matters, he brings a lot to the table for CMS where opportunities across the booming construction sector all over the region are concerned. Hall, who was involved with the CMS construction team in London, relocates to Dubai.

Matthew Culver, managing partner of CMS in Dubai, comments,“These appointments will bolster our offering in Dubai and allow us to maximise opportunities across the booming construction sector all over the region.”

Adrian Bell, partner in the Construction Disputes team at CMS in London, adds, “We are committed to targeted expansion and leveraging the opportunities within our extensive network of clients and contacts in the region. Having lawyers on the ground in Dubai, to work with us in London, will allow us to better service our clients’ needs as they grow their operations internationally in this exciting region.”
