Conselis Law launches in the UAE
A new specialist disputes and investigations firm, Conselis Law, has launched in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The firm is headquartered in the UAE but with a global reach.
Conselis Law has been founded with a singular vision – to secure for clients the best possible outcomes in their most important, complex and high-value disputes and investigation matters.
The lawyers have an unparalleled depth of expertise, having been involved in many of the most substantial arbitration and landmark litigation cases to come out of the Middle East and beyond.
The firm is led by Raza Mithani who is a leading figure in the market, having been based in the UAE since 2008. During that time, he has acted for a wide range of multinationals, sovereigns, developers, contractors, and financial institutions in disputes across various industry sectors, including energy, construction, financial services, hospitality and real estate.
Conselis Law is also delighted to be joined by three silks, Richard Jones QC, Mohammed Zaman QC and Jamas Hodivala QC, together with past President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Michael Stephens, as consultants, together with a growing team from other leading international and regional law firms. As a conflict-free firm, the firm is able to pursue aggressive strategies against virtually any institution.
