Conyers advises FMC Corporation on DuPont Acquisition and Sale

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI legal advice to FMC Corporation (“FMC”) on its acquisition of a portion of DuPont’s Crop Protection business, the divestiture of which was required to comply with the European Commission ruling related to DuPont’s merger with The Dow Chemical Company that completed on 31 August 2017 and formed DowDuPontTM.

Conyers also acted for FMC on its sale of FMC Health and Nutrition to DuPont.
