Curtis announces promotions across four offices

Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP has announced the promotion of a new partner and three new counsel across four of its offices in Mexico City, Dubai, New York and Milan.

Patrick Callinan is an English-qualified attorney based in Dubai with a focus on advising corporations on acquisitions, disposals and other transactions within the Middle East and internationally. He has experience in oil and gas related exploration and production contracts, as well as advising governments and oil and gas regulatory authorities on contract administration and oversight. He also advises international hospitality clients on franchising and licensing matters and on their expansion into the GCC region; and food and beverage related clients within the GCC on their day-to-day operations. Patrick studied both French literature and law at the National University of Ireland, Galway and at the Université de Caen Normandie, and joined Curtis in 2013.
