Darren Bradshaw joins Galadari as part of corporate and commercial expansion
Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants has appointed Darren Bradshaw as partner in its Corporate & Commercial practice, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities across corporate transactions, commercial contracts, major projects and strategic business advisory.
Bradshaw brings more than 25 years of legal and commercial experience gained across private practice and senior in-house roles in the UAE and internationally. His appointment adds further depth to Galadari’s Corporate & Commercial offering, combining transactional experience with a strong understanding of commercial operations, governance, risk and project delivery.
A qualified solicitor , trained barrister and registered legal consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department, Bradshaw advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, commercial agreements, governance, compliance and complex strategic matters.
His experience includes advising on significant UAE transactions and projects, including a joint venture involving four major entities in connection with a Dubai development valued at approximately AED9 billion, as well as a joint venture between a European defence contractor and a UAE defence contractor.
Bradshaw also brings extensive experience across the construction, infrastructure, energy and oil and gas sectors. Throughout his career, he has negotiated major engineering, consultancy and energy related contracts involving international oil companies, national oil companies, contractors and multinational businesses, and has advised on projects spanning pipelines, refineries, power infrastructure and major developments.
His practice also encompasses contentious matters. Bradshaw has advised on arbitration and complex commercial disputes involving construction, maritime and contractual matters, together with economic tort, fraud and employment related claims. His combination of transactional and contentious experience enables him to advise clients across the lifecycle of commercial relationships, from structuring and negotiation through to risk management and dispute strategy.

Bradshaw has held senior legal and commercial leadership roles throughout his career, including head of corporate law practice, general counsel, head of legal and commercial, and regional commercial and legal manager. His experience spans the UAE, wider Middle East, Asia and Europe, as well as a number of other international markets.
Alongside his legal practice, Bradshaw is a part-time lecturer on the Common Law LLB programme at De Montfort University Dubai and regularly contributes to legal education, professional training and industry discussions.
Bradshaw holds an LLM in Commercial & Construction Law from Northumbria University, completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, and holds a BA (Hons) in Law from the University of Leicester.
