Dentons’ Nik Colbridge relocates to Dubai to expand ECM practice

Dentons corporate partner Nik Colbridge will be relocating from London to the firm’s Dubai office to expand its equity capital markets (ECM) practice in the Middle East. Colbridge will be based in Dubai from mid-June 2025. Colbridge joined Dentons in 2015 and has spent the past 10 years in the firm’s London office, advising clients on international financing transactions principally within the capital markets. He represents corporate issuers and financial institutions in public and private international equity, securities offerings and joint ventures, with a strong emerging markets focus.
