Dubai Investments advised by Eversheds Sutherland
The firm has advised the company on its direct investment into Africa Crest Education Holdings, an organisation promoting quality education across the continent.
Eversheds Sutherland has advised Dubai Investments PJSC (DI) on its direct investment into Africa Crest Education Holdings (ACE).
ACE was established in 2016 as an investment company promoting quality education across the African continent, through the development of SABIS® operated schools, with an initial target pipeline of projects in Kenya, Egypt, South Africa, Uganda and Morocco. Dubai Investments will join founding investors Investbridge Capital (IBC), Centum and SABIS in the project.
The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by UAE based partner Zeid Hanania, principal associate Hani Nassef and associate Ramzi Noursi with support from South Africa-based partners Tanya Pollak and Venashrie Mannar.
Zeid Hanania commented,” We are very pleased to have advised DI on this exciting transaction which demonstrates the continued growth of investment activity in the education sector as well as the use of Dubai as a hub for investments into Africa.”
