DWF’s new financial services partner in Dubai

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has appointed Bhavesh Dattani as a new financial services partner in Dubai.

Specialising in financial services regulation and financial crime compliance, Dattani joins DWF following three years at British Arab Commercial Bank plc in London, where he was general counsel and chief compliance officer.

Dattani is a UK-qualified regulatory and compliance transactional and advisory lawyer with over 20 years of multi-jurisdictional financial services legal and compliance experience.

He has held compliance and financial crime senior management responsibilities in the UK, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, Bhavesh has established and developed legal, compliance and anti-financial crime programmes with a focus on emerging markets.
