Eversheds appoints M&A specialist
Eversheds has announced the appointment of Zeid D. Hanania as a corporate partner in the firm's Dubai office.
Hanania is a highly experienced corporate transactional lawyer who has advised clients on a range of cross border M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets and other investment and divestment transactions across the MENA region, Southeast Asia and North America.
Before joining Eversheds, Hanania was previously Counsel at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Dubai. He also has substantial US experience, having spent a number of years working at the New York offices of a leading US law firm before moving to Dubai.
