Eversheds Sutherland advises on the acquisition of Omnix International LLC

Eversheds Sutherland has advised a Kuwaiti group (the “Purchaser”) on the acquisition of Omnix International LLC and its group companies across the Middle East (“Omnix”). Established in 1987 in the UAE, Omnix is one of the largest technology solution providers in the region employing over 1,650 staff, including over 1,400 IT specialists. It serves a number of high-profile clients in both the public and private sectors across a number of jurisdictions in the Middle East region.

The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by partner Zeid Hanania and principal associate Hani Nassef who were supported by principal associates Samer Hamzeh and Samer Sarkis, and associates Ramzi Noursi, Eliza Grant and Hesham Eltahan. Trussbridge Advisory acted as financial advisor to the Purchaser and EY conducted commercial and financial due diligence on behalf of the Purchaser. Al-Hossam Legal – Al-Turqi & Partners advised the Purchaser on Kuwaiti law aspects of the transaction. Allen & Overy acted as counsel to the seller.
