Eversheds Sutherland’s new partner

As part of 20 partnership promotions made across the firm, Eversheds Sutherland (International) has announced a partner promotion in the UAE.

Clint Dempsey, head of Banking and Finance in the UAE, has been promoted to partner in the firm’s Company Commercial practice group. Dempsey leads the team which won “Banking and Finance Team of the Year” at The Oath Middle East Legal Awards 2016.

Nasser Ali Khasawneh, managing partner in the Middle East, commented, “I am extremely pleased that Clint has received firmwide recognition for his outstanding client work. He has done a fantastic job in establishing and growing the firm’s regional banking and finance practice.”

Across Eversheds Sutherland’s firmwide promotions, six are female and there are new partners in Austria, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, United Arab Emirates and UK. This reflects Eversheds Sutherland’s growing presence around the world.
