Fadi Hassoun promoted to senior partner at Galadari Advocates

Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants has announced the promotion of Fadi Hassoun to senior partner, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s continued expansion and success in the UAE’s capital.

For over a decade, Hassoun has led Galadari’s Abu Dhabi office with distinction, spearheading its growth and strengthening the firm’s position as one of the UAE’s most trusted and respected law firms. With more than 22 years of experience across Lebanon and the UAE, he is widely recognised for his expertise in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, insurance, real estate, employment, and financial crime.

Under his leadership, the Abu Dhabi office has become a cornerstone of the firm’s regional practice. Hassoun has advised on numerous high-value and complex transactions, including the restructuring of a USD130 million Emirati family group spanning four jurisdictions, and the negotiation of an AED1.4 billion corporate restructuring agreement between a leading regional bank and a major local entity. His commercial acumen and client-first approach have earned him the trust of clients across the oil and gas, real estate, insurance, and government sectors.
