Firm appoints Global Chief Information Security Officer

Norton Rose Fulbright announced that Paul Swarbrick will join as Global Chief Information Security Officer, based in the London office.

Joining the senior management team, Swarbrick will be working closely with IT and the business internationally to strengthen proactively, and develop, a consistent approach to information assurance and cyber security worldwide.

Swarbrick has a 25 year track record of delivering information securities practices to major organisations and is a fellow of Cambridge University. He was previously Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Cyber Security at National Air Traffic Services, which is responsible for the civil air navigation services of 200,000 square miles of UK and North Atlantic civilian airspace and nearly 2,500,000 flights a year.
